๐Ÿšซ Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address info is the #1 cause of shipping delays and returns.
Please double-check your full shipping address โ€” including apartment, suite, or unit numbers โ€” before submitting your order.

  • No address corrections will be made after your order is placed.

  • Orders will ship via USPS or UPS to the exact address provided at checkout.

  • If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at polishprotocol20@gmail.com. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel and refund it so you can reorder with the correct address.
    Please note: the PayPal processing fee will be subtracted from your refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
